A 55-year-old man chained by his father for 30 years at Rogo LG in Kano state was rescued by the police and human rights organizations on Thursday, August 2020.
This happened just a few days ago after, Ibrahim Lawan who was chained for 15 years by his father in his house in Sheka quarters in Kano metropolis, was rescued by the police.
